Welcome

Tell us about your Burst

If you're in a hurry, you can brief us in 10 minutes or less. You don't have to worry about being articulate or polished, we'll be able to work with it. Or, if you have more time, you can drill down into as much detail as you want.

We'll draft the first pass from what you send, then refine it with you on a 45-minute call. You'll have creative direction and control the whole way.

First up: choose what kind of Burst you're putting together.

Section 1Start here

A Burst is a sequence of activities someone can do in one go. Bursts can be put together in different ways, with different durations and mixes of activities. Choose yours.

A morning routine

A structured way to start the day.

Typical setup
Usually 1 to 2 hours, with 4 to 6 activities.
Example: Sunrise Recovery Morning

An evening routine

A structured way to close the day.

Typical setup
Usually 45 to 90 minutes, with 3 to 5 activities.
Example: Example coming soon

The other routines

The lunch breaks, the weekends, the mid-week slump days.

Typical setup
Varies by cadence. Usually 30 minutes to 3 hours, with 3 to 7 activities.
Example: Outdoor Sunday Slowdown

Not a normal routine

For an 'every now and then' experience, like a retreat day, a holiday, or a shake-off-winter half-day.

Typical setup
Up to 16 hours, with 3 to 10 activities. We're curious!
Example: Example coming soon

If your routine includes some specific recommendations, make a brief note on it here. We'll schedule time for it without it counting as one of the activities. This is different from the "Eating (mindful)" option in the menu, which is for deliberate and mindful food or drink.

If you've already got a rough order in mind, drop it here. Otherwise we sequence it for you and you review.
