How it works

Stop saving routines. Start doing them.

A Burst takes the kind of routine you'd normally screenshot and forget, and turns it into something you can schedule for Saturday morning and follow through on — 1–2 hours, 4–6 activities, step-by-step guidance in the app. You just show up and go.

More than a list of activities.

A Burst takes a routine and gives it structure: the right order, realistic timings, built-in breaks, and clear guidance for every step. Here's what that means for you.

Four steps. That's it.

Why do someone else's routine? Because starting is easier when the structure is already there. Pick a Burst, schedule it and follow, without having to design the whole thing from scratch or commit to an ongoing protocol. Do one, see what you enjoyed, what helped, and what you'd do again. Do a few, and you start getting a better feel for what you might want to come back to.

    Pick one and schedule it

Browse Bursts by what you're after: a reset, an energy pick-up, something to do with a mate. Each card shows you the title, duration, difficulty, quality score, and who designed it.

When you find one, tap "Schedule this Burst", pick a day and time, and enter your email. We'll send you a link to download the app.

    Invite someone

After you schedule, you can send the Burst to someone else. They schedule the same one and you do it together.

It's a way to spend time with a mate, a partner, or a sibling that isn't just coffee or the gym. Something with a bit more intention to it. Most Bursts also work just as well shared as they do solo.

    Open the app and go

On the day, you'll find the Burst on your home screen. Tap start and the app guides you through each activity in order: what to do, how long, any equipment you need. All in plain language, no jargon.

This is the difference between a Burst and a list you found online. A list gives you items. The app walks you through every step needed to do it.

    Feel the results

When you finish, the app marks your completion and shows you what you got through. Many Bursts are designed to leave you feeling different by the end: calmer, clearer, more switched on, or less scattered.

And every Burst gives you something to go on: what you enjoyed, what helped, what you'd skip next time, and what you might want to do again. Do a few, and you start getting a better feel for the activities, timings and formats you come back to. Bearmore helps you keep going from there, whether that means another Burst, a regular routine, or a single activity you want to revisit.
