  • Ensure you have a support system in place, such as friends, family or a therapist, to discuss any difficult emotions that may arise.
  • If you experience adverse feelings or worsening symptoms, discontinue use and seek immediate help from a licensed mental health professional.

What you might experience

You’re about to try AI therapy for the first time, and there’s a nagging sense of doubt. Can an app or chatbot really understand what you’re going through? It’s totally normal to feel skeptical. After all, this isn’t a human therapist. But AI therapy is designed to listen, guide and offer support.
